Hey Everyone,



For every new month I'm going to be posting "frog of the month" and I'm going to do some quick fact's on them, so you know a little about the frog/toad



So, the frog of February is :The Coqui Frog





The scientific name for The Coqui Frog is: Elutherodactylus coqui.



The size is: 2.05 in. (52 mm)



Habits: Nocturnal, also, mostly lives on land, although sometimes it will climb into low shrubs or bushes & even into tall trees.



The Coqui Frog lives in: Puerto Rico also several Western Indian Island, Hawaii and the American main land



They eat : small invertebrates



Habitat : Forests and disturbed habitats




Supposedly this is the Coqui frog chirping, I'm not sure if it is the Coqui Frog, but I hope it is :)
